As a small family business, we don't have the big glitzy showrooms or marketing budgets of our larger competitors. Instead we encourage all our prospective customers to visit homes where we have worked, or are currently working, speak to the householders and form a genuine impression of how we operate as a business.
We believe in complete honesty of approach and transparency in all our dealings, which is evident as soon as you meet us. Every job, no matter the size, is given the same priority as another, making sure we always deliver perfect results.
From your initial enquiry to completion, you will deal solely with the proprietors Trevor Back and his wife Somei. We do not employ sales people or any other form of middle management, meaning you have direct contact with the owners at every stage of your project, large or small.
Because of this very personal, hands on approach, potential problems are avoided; therefore reducing the stress so often caused when having major works or improvements carried out on your home.
As a small business, we can often give a much higher specification of product/finish than our competitors for the same or even less cost.
With over twenty years of experience in the building and home improvement industry, Trevor has a wealth of knowledge and creative ideas to call upon. We embrace modern technology and incorporate this into your project where funds and functionality allow.
Governing and trade body memberships are paramount as with any good business. It is therefore important for you, as customers, to know we have been vetted and approved and in the unlikely event of a problem arising you have dedicated routes of complaint if at all required.
